WillRock Ag was founded by brothers John and Chris Latham, third-generation seedsmen whose family has been in the seed business for more than 75 years. That family tradition has always been about putting the farmer first and bringing new ideas to the field only when they add real value and perform where it counts. John and Chris grew up in the industry and have spent their careers helping Midwest farmers put the right product on the right acre.

WillRock Ag carries that approach into biologicals and crop nutrition. Our programs cover planter box treatments, starter, foliar nutrition and residue management. Each one is built around trips across the field you're already making. Everything is priced by the acre and sold as a complete kit, so you know exactly what it costs and exactly what you're getting.

John earned his degree in agricultural business from Iowa State University and started his career in hybrid seed corn production. He's a past chair of the American Seed Trade Association and a past president of the Iowa Seed Association. Chris handles the business side. He has a finance degree from Drake University and an MBA from Iowa State, and he started his career in banking. He's a past president of both the Independent Professional Seed Association and the Iowa Seed Association.
